Guarantee and Warranty

We stand behind our Seki Edge products with a Lifetime Guarantee. We want every Seki Edge customer to be a satisfied customer forever. All of our products are backed by a Lifetime Guarantee.

• Our tools are guaranteed to perform and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace (at our option) the defective implement absolutely FREE. If the nipper springs or clipper rods break, we replace them at no charge.

• If at anytime your Seki Edge product is damaged due to manufacture defects, material or workmanship, we will either correct the problem or replace the product of our choice at no charge.

• If the product is damaged through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item at half of its current retail price plus shipping/handling and tax. Warranty does not include damaged or lost items due to misuse or abuse of tools. This includes dropped/damaged tools and lost/confiscated items.

• Simply send the product back following the directions below.
