All credit card payments are processed through the Authorize.Net Payment Gateway. Our website does not store any credit card or financial information on our database.
Charging Your Credit Card
When your order is placed, we will attempt to obtain an authorization for the order amount. An authorization will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. It is not the same as 'charging' your card. The order amount is reserved for up to 30 days. We utilize Address Verification Service (AVS) tool to verify billing your credit card billing information. If the bank needs more info, we will send you an email message, or if necessary contact you by telephone. Your card is charged when the package is shipped.
Seki Edge is a California-based company. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 8% on all orders shipped within California. We do not collect sales tax on orders outside of California, however, you may be subject to a use tax in the state in which you reside. If you are ordering outside of California and sales tax appears on your order, please change the "Shipping" destination on the shopping cart before you submit your order.

For your convenience, Seki Edge will automatically send you updates regarding the status of your order via email after your purchase. You will receive one email immediately after purchase with your order information. You will receive a second email once the order has been shipped. We do not ship over the weekend, so if you placed an order Friday afternoon through the weekend, your order will not be shipped until the next business day.
For you convenience, Seki Edge will send you an email with the tracking number from either UPS or USPS depending on shipping selection as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Please allow approximately 24 hours for your tracking number to update onto the carrier's website.
Backorder / Out of Stock
In the event an item you purchased is on backorder or out of stock, we will inform you via email or telephone. If your order contains multiple items we may ship your order partially to expedite your order and give you the option to backorder or cancel the unshipped items. An expected restock date will be provided if available.

If you find the order was not filled correctly because of wrong item(s) shipped and/or the quantity shipped was incorrect, then contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt. The item(s) must be unopened, in original packaging and in salable condition. Please call (888) 965-2824 or email email@example.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once R.A.# has been obtained download and fill out the Return Authorization Form.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee • Had a Change of Heart
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you must notify Jatai within 30 days of the invoice date. The product MUST be in good salable condition and not abused or damaged for it to qualify for this guarantee. Please call (888) 965-2824 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization Number. Once R.A. number has been obtained download and fill out the Return Authorization Form.
No exchanges allowed once the order has been shipped.
Order Cancelled or Refused
Cancelled order prior to shipment is eligible for full refund, including Shipping and Handling. If cancelled after it has been shipped Jatai will refund the purchase price plus sales tax less any freight costs and a $6.00 return handling charge. If order qualified for free freight or through a promotion for free freight the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
If order is refused and returned to Jatai we will confirm your refusal by phone or email. Upon receipt of returned products Jatai will refund the purchase price and sales tax, if any, but will reduce the refund for any freight charge and $6.00 return handling charges. If order qualified for free freight or through a promotion for free freight the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
Not able to deliver to address given or several attempts made and unable to deliver.
If the order could not be delivered to the address given and it is returned to Jatai then it will treated as a refused order. (See above)
If the return is due to our mistake the amount of refund will be the product cost you paid plus sales tax plus freight allowance of $6.00 less coupon discounts (if any).
If the returned purchase qualified for free freight by reaching our free freight policy then the cost of the freight will be deducted from the refund as long as the return item brings the original order amount below our freight policy.
If the return purchase qualified for a free gift with purchase, but the free gift was not returned then the suggested retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
If free freight promotion was offered without any order amount limitation then no freight charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
All refunds are credited back to credit cards unless instructed otherwise.

- Limitation on Warranty for Purchases on Amazon.com: With respect to sales on Amazon.com, due to the proliferation of counterfeit and grey-market products being sold on Amazon.com, we will provide a manufacturer’s warranty only for products purchased from a reseller who we have confirmed as purchasing directly from us and providing genuine, new and authentic U.S. version Seki Edge® brand products. Currently, TOP SHELF-BRANDS is the only reseller that we have so confirmed and the only reseller for which the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
- Our tools are guaranteed to perform and are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace (at our option) the defective implement absolutely FREE. If the nipper springs or clipper rods break, we replace them at no charge.
- If at anytime your Seki Edge product is damaged due to manufacturer defects, material or workmanship, we will either correct the problem or replace the product of our choice at no charge.
- Warranty does not include damaged or lost items due to misuse or abuse of tools. This includes dropped/damaged tools and lost/confiscated items.
- Customer is responsible for inbound shipping charges to send the product in for warranty repair or replacement. Seki Edge.com will pay the outbound freight to replace the product.
- All products will be inspected once received in our warehouse to confirm the product falls under the warranty.
- Please note not all products on the website have the same warranty against manufacturer defects.
